You're building relationships with your neighbors, working alongside people who genuinely care, and seeing the direct result of your time in the faces of families who leave with food in their hands.
We are 100% volunteer-powered. That means when you show up, you're not supplementing paid staff — you are the ministry. Every distribution happens because volunteers like you made it happen.

The heart of what we do. You'll work alongside other volunteers at one of our four weekly distribution sites — greeting families, sorting food, loading vehicles, and making sure every person leaves with what they need and their dignity intact.
We regularly need volunteers with vehicles — especially trucks or vans — to pick up food donations from grocery partners, farms, and distributors, and bring them to our warehouse or directly to distribution sites. This role is flexible and works around your schedule.
The distribution only works because the warehouse is organized and stocked. Warehouse volunteers help receive incoming food donations, sort and inspect items, stock shelves, prepare boxes for distribution days, and keep our operation running efficiently.
As we expand our cold storage capacity, we need volunteers with experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or general mechanical maintenance to help keep our equipment running. This is a specialized and greatly valued role.
Help us tell our story. If you have skills in social media, photography, writing, or graphic design, you can make a real difference in our ability to reach donors, volunteers, and families who need food. This role can be done entirely remotely on your own schedule.
Keep the organization running smoothly. Administrative volunteers help with donor communications, grant research, data entry, scheduling, and organizational tasks that free up our leadership team to focus on service. Remote or in-person options available.
Some of our most faithful volunteers serve through prayer — for our team, our families, our donors, and our community. We also have opportunities for volunteers who want to offer a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or gentle follow-up care to families who come to our distributions.

Not at all. For most of our roles — especially food distribution — all you need is a willingness to show up and a kind heart. We'll train you on everything you need to know when you arrive.
As often as works for you. Some volunteers come every week; others help once a month. We appreciate consistency, but we understand that life is busy. Even occasional help makes a real difference.
Yes — and we love it. Volunteering as a family is one of the most meaningful things you can do together. Older children and teenagers are very welcome at our distributions, and it's a wonderful way to teach the value of service.
